Our bit of heat wave is gone!!
It has been really hot the past several days. Up into the 90s. We usually got everything done in the mornings before the heat came up. Then we retreated to the house where it was cool. I know it is still hot inland, but it is really nice to have our ocean breeze back. Of course we are getting the marine layer or "June gloom" as they call it. But, that's ok too. I finally got to get out and dead head the roses. I want more blooms, so off with their heads-LOL
Hubby is so cute. We have a WII and he went out and got the new Mario Karts game. this should be interesting. WII is a lot of fun and one gets exercise too. We've got the baseball, tennis, and a few other "sports type" games. And you really feel like you're playing. I'll let you know how the Mario Karts game goes-LOL
