Got "shots" to get ready to go to China.
I had to get 3 shots today for travel to China in Aug. Yes, China. We are going to Beijing then to Xian. No, I am not going to the Olympics, but am going to see the Great Wall, The forbidden City and then to the 1st Emperor's tomb, when all those Terra Cotta Warriors and things are. It's more of a educational trip!! Hey, I can watch the Olympics' on TV. LOL I would like to get the keychains of the cute little mascots tho.
Anyway, My upper arms hurt. In one arm they shot me with Hepatitis A then B, and in the other arm I got Tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis. Three shots all together. I have to go back to the clinic to get a booster for the Hep A towards the end of Jun. All this just to go to another country. LOL Plus a booklet of what to watch out for. They even suggest to use bottled water when brushing your teeth. And don't eat salads, only fruit you can peel. OK??!!!!! I know it is all for my good, but damn it hurts.
